Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant (Fresher) role based in Noida.

The Immigration

Consultant will assist clients with understanding immigration pathways, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for various visa types and permanent residency programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, gathering client information, preparing and organizing application files, and coordinating with senior consultants to ensure compliance with relevant immigration and guidelines.



The role involves maintaining accurate records, following standardized processes, responding to client queries via phone and email, and providing transparent, timely updates on application status. The consultant will also support the team in researching changing immigration policies and participating in internal training to build expertise in global immigration practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration processes.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of different visa categories and basic visa requirements.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills, including client interaction, needs assessment, and solution-focused communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
