We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and proactive HR Recruiter Executive to handle the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a professional and confident tone of voice, strong interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to interact effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to selection and onboarding.

- Create, manage job openings on Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

- Source potential candidates through job portals, internal databases, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

- Review and shortlist resumes based on the specific requirements of each position.

- Conduct initial telephonic screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Evaluate candidates based on their communication skills, confidence, presentation, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.





- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding documentation, joining formalities, and expected joining dates.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment-related documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners currently in chennai will be preferred.

- Prior experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing is preferred.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, professional, and clear tone of voice while communicating with candidates.

- Well-presented, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with candidates in a qualified environment.

- Strong telephonic interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR/recruitment documentation.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

- Good leadership and team-handling abilities.
