As we expand to Chandigarh, we're looking for a Junior Career Counsellor who is confident, energetic and interested in helping students make informed career decisions.
What You'll Do /n
/n
/n
Handle incoming student enquiries
/n
Make counselling and follow-up calls
/n
Understand students' career goals and requirements
/n
Conduct initial career counselling
/n
Convert qualified leads into campus counselling visits
/n
Assist with face-to-face counselling and course presentations
/n
Follow up with prospective students and parents
/n
Learn and apply objection-handling and closing techniques
/n
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
/n
Take ownership of assigned leads from Lead → Visit → Admission
You will progressively take ownership of your assigned leads, counselling pipeline and admission goals.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills

Interest in sales, counselling or education
/n
Good follow-up discipline
/n
Positive and energetic attitude

Willingness to learn and accept feedback

Comfortable making regular counselling and follow-up calls
/n
Comfortable working full-time and on-site in Chandigarh
/n
/n
Previous counselling or sales experience is helpful, but solid freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
