We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our terry towels. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new markets, managing key client relationships, and expanding international sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Carpets, terry towels and Rugs.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in export markets
- Manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and buying houses
- Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis
- Lead,
train, and monitor the sales team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile, or related field
- MBA (preferred)
Experience:
- 10 to 20 years of experience in export sales in Home-textile /Carpets / Rugs / Garments added advantage of preferably in Carpets and rugs
- Contact of Existing Importers and Buyer Network
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development
Key Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of general and modern trend expedience
- Client relationship management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Leadership and team management
- Proficiency in MS Office
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel ( international)
- Strong network in the textile Importers and Buyer Network
