About the Role

We are seeking a high-velocity, proactive, and results-driven HR Manager with 7+ years of core recruitment and people operations experience to lead talent acquisition across our fast-growing creative ecosystem.

Our organization operates at the intersection of creative storytelling, talent discovery, and streaming technology—combining an active creative community platform with an upcoming global OTT streaming service. In this role, you will be the engine of our human capital growth, responsible for identifying, closing, and onboarding high-caliber talent across creative, media, commercial, and cutting-edge tech domains with exceptional turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition & Fast-Track Hiring

- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines with strict adherence to aggressive turnaround times (TAT) and high fill rates.
- Execute targeted headhunting, talent mapping, and active sourcing across all organizational verticals:
- Creative & Production: Scriptwriters, creative directors, video editors, visual designers, animators, and post-production specialists.
- OTT & Content Operations: Content curators, acquisition leads, subtitling/dubbing coordinators, and media operations managers.
- Growth & Commercial: Brand partnership leads, business development executives, PR/media strategists, digital marketers, and performance marketing experts.
- Technology & Engineering: Frontend/Backend developers, mobile app engineers (iOS/Android/Smart TV), cloud architects, and UI/UX product designers.AI/ML tech professionals.
- Early Career & Internship Programs: Campus recruitment drives, cohort management, and internship-to-hire pipelines.

1. Sourcing Strategy & Talent Networking:





- Leverage unconventional channels, industry databases, creative portfolios (Behance, ArtStation, GitHub), LinkedIn Recruiter, and grassroots entertainment networks to source top-tier passive candidates.
- Maintain a live, pre-vetted bench of freelance, contract, and full-time talent for immediate deployment.

1. Candidate Experience & Agile Coordination:

Ensure a seamless, highly responsive interview process with clear candidate communication and swift feedback loops. Conduct initial screenings, culture-fit assessments, compensation negotiations, and offer rollout aligned with market benchmarks.
1. HR Operations & Onboarding:

Oversee swift onboarding documentation, background verification, and seamless integration of new hires into the company culture. Partner directly with the leadership team to understand immediate resource bottlenecks and forecast quarterly hiring needs.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with a proven track record in media, entertainment, creative agencies, or digital/OTT product companies.
- Demonstrated multi-domain hiring proficiency covering Tech, Creative/Content, and Commercial/BD roles simultaneously.
- Proven ability to execute fast-track hiring mandates under tight deadlines without compromising on quality or cultural alignment.
- Strong familiarity with Indian and global entertainment/streaming industry hiring dynamics, market compensation slabs, and notice period negotiations.
- High autonomy, strong stakeholder management skills, and exceptional direct-sourcing capability (low dependency on third-party recruitment agencies).

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Media Management, or related fields.
