Role Description The Human Resources Specialist intern will support day-to-day HR operations for Scalup’s growing team in Srinagar. This hybrid internship role combines on-site collaboration at the Srinagar office with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and helping coordinate employee advantages and engagement activities. The intern will also contribute to personnel documentation,



HR data reporting, and communication with team members to ensure smooth HR workflows and a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core people operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist in policy implementation and benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management to help with employee records, documentation, and basic employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in EdTech and digital marketing education, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
