Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations for Bluth Solar’s on-site team in Noida in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing employee records, and coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding. The role will assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management processes, employee engagement programs,



and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

The Human Resources

Specialist will manage employee benefits, respond to HR-related inquiries, and provide guidance to personnel on policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with managers to address workforce needs, maintaining HR documentation, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills.
- Candidates should possess HR Management experience and the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor regulations.
- Candidates should possess experience administering Employee Benefits and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector and familiarity with Indian labor laws would be beneficial.
