Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee partial core HR functions, employee relations, performance management, Exit Management and FnF settlement, Employee engagement, HR Process automation and continous improvement and HR policy implementation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in the debt management and financial services domain. Daily responsibilities include designing and executing hiring plans, managing HR operations such as payroll coordination and compliance, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Manager will develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, support training and development programs, and handle conflict resolution and grievance management. The role also includes monitoring HR metrics, preparing reports for management, and continuously improving HR processes to support a productive, inclusive, and ethical workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR policy implementation.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and handling employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices in India, preferably within financial services or related industries.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on integrity, confidentiality, and ethical practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or MBA in HR is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role, preferably in a quick-paced, technology-driven or financial services environment.
