About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-centric HR Manager to build and strengthen JustAct's people function. The role will be responsible for attracting and retaining high-quality talent, ensuring statutory and HR compliance, and fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture that supports our rapid growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, execution-oriented, and passionate about building an organization where excellent people thrive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategies to support business growth.
2. Drive employee onboarding, performance management, career development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
3. Build and strengthen a high-performance, values-driven culture through employee engagement, recognition, and people development programs.
4. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes,



and HRMS to create a scalable people function.
5. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across business, technology, operations, and leadership functions, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent.
6. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, payroll processes, HR documentation, and internal governance requirements.
7. Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, conflict resolution, and people management best practices.
8. Design and execute learning and development initiatives to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee effectiveness.
9. Track and analyze HR metrics including hiring, attrition, engagement, productivity, and retention, providing actionable insights to leadership.
10. Drive continuous improvement in HR operations, employer branding, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
3. Experience in a technology, SaaS, startup, or professional services organization will be an added advantage
