Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Thrissur. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, and maintain accurate employee records. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating staffing needs, organizing training and development initiatives, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and supporting leadership with workforce planning.



The role also involves fostering an inclusive workplace culture aligned with Microtec’s mission of supporting student success.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in HR operations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies relevant to educational services.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute training and development programs for staff.
- Demonstrated capability in using HRIS or HR-related software and basic office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR leadership or managerial role, preferably in education or service-oriented organizations.
