Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This full time, on-site role is based in Chandigarh, India and involves partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining HR records and systems, coordinating training and development initiatives,
and handling employee queries and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
The Human Resources
Manager will also support compensation and benefits administration, contribute to policy development, and help drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR operations, HRIS or HR management systems, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies applicable in India.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing or coordinating training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prior experience in healthcare or technology-driven organizations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
