About The Baroda Chronicles The Baroda Chronicles is a creative content and UGC focused company working with brands across content creation, social media, branding, campaigns, and digital marketing.

We are looking for an HR Intern who can help us build a more structured, people friendly, and efficient work workplace while working closely with a young and creative team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for different roles
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring records
- Help with onboarding and documentation of new team members and interns
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
- Assist with monthly salary calculations based on attendance, leaves, and applicable deductions
- Prepare and maintain monthly salary slips for employees and interns
- Maintain salary and payroll related records accurately and confidentially
- Support the team in creating and improving internal HR processes
- Help coordinate team meetings, employee engagement activities, and internal communication
- Follow up with candidates and employees wherever required
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, experience letters, and other basic HR documents
- Help maintain a positive and organised workplace culture

Who We Are Looking For





- Someone pursuing or recently completing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable talking to and coordinating with different people
- Organised and good at follow ups
- Basic understanding of recruitment, payroll, and HR processes is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable handling employee and salary related information confidentially
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and creative environment
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
