## ? Roles & Responsibilities

Screen and shortlist candidate applications.

Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Coordinate interview timings with candidates and the HR team.

Conduct the first round of HR interviews.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in Excel.

Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

Support the recruitment team with day-to-day HR activities.
