Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Creator City is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, and coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and assisting in organizing team engagement initiatives and events.



The intern will also help respond to employee queries, prepare basic HR reports, and collaborate with managers to ensure smooth personnel management. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a creative, influencer-focused organization and requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and demonstrate professionalism.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
