Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in an on-site role based in Bengaluru. This internship role includes assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

The intern will help maintain employee records, support onboarding processes, and assist in organising training sessions or employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include preparing HR documentation,



contributing to HR reports, and collaborating with team members on continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Interest in Human Resources, with foundational knowledge of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and candidates.
- Proficiency in basic office tools and software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and video conferencing platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team workplace, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Demonstrated interest in the education or training sector, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation.
