Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including supporting recruitment processes, onboarding recent team members, and maintaining employee records. The HR Generalist will administer employee benefits, help implement and communicate HR policies, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with performance management processes, handling employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives,



and partnering with management to address HR-related needs. The role requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive, transparent, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and experience in developing, implementing, and updating HR frameworks and procedures.

- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, documentation, and vendor coordination.
