NetBounce Global LLP is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, recruitment support, and employee lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of HR compliance, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, applicable Labour Codes, and other statutory requirements.

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal, disciplinary actions, and exit processes.
- Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Labour Codes, and other applicable requirements.
- Understand and assess statutory applicability, eligibility, contribution requirements, deductions, and compliance timelines.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance validation, salary inputs, statutory deductions, contributions, and payroll reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, statutory registers, compliance documents, HR files, and audit-ready records.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, dashboards,



and payroll/compliance reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, gratuity, attendance, leave, policies, and other HR matters.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR audits, policy implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
- Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Labour Codes, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of payroll processing, salary structures, statutory deductions, and compliance calculations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, filters, and data analysis.
- Valuable knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll software will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
