Role- Human Resources Executive

Responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes. The role will support payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR documentation,



and other people-related functions while ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee movements, engagement, and separation.
- Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee data management.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and maintenance of required HR records and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries across functions.
- Support HR policies, processes, audits, and other people-related initiatives as required.

Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years
