Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive / Human Resources Recruiter based in Mettur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various functions. The individual will support day-to-day HR operations such as maintaining employee records, coordinating HR documentation, and assisting with performance management processes.





Responsibilities include fostering positive employee relations, addressing routine HR queries, and supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with management on workforce planning, supporting HR compliance, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations for effective handling of core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies to support a positive workplace workplace and ensure policy adherence.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding, preferably in a technology or services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a structured, detail-oriented manner in a hybrid work setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and basic MS Office tools.
