Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and coordinating payroll-related documentation. This full-time, in office role in Tiruchirappalli involves implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The role includes handling employee queries, fostering positive employee relations,



and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications
