Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Kerala, India. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with branch leadership and corporate management to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, as well as supporting performance management and talent development.

The role will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The HR Business Partner will also drive HR processes such as policy implementation, engagement initiatives,



and HR data reporting to support organizational growth and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations and business partnering skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices relevant to retail or financial services environments.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, data management, and basic HR analytics for reporting and decision support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, travel to branches as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally in multi-branch or customer-facing organizations.
