Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a growing team in a energetic, fast-paced environment. This full time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and includes tasks such as overseeing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, documentation, exits), maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role involves handling employee queries, supporting performance management activities, and promoting positive employee relations.
