- Location: Sitapura, Jaipur
- Shifts: Rotational (Including Night as well)
- Working Days: 5.5 Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve employee grievances effectively and within defined timelines.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and business stakeholders.
- Support employee relations and ensure effective communication between employees and management.
- Partner with operations and business teams to address people-related concerns.
- Support various HR processes including employee lifecycle management, retention, engagement, and performance management.
- Identify employee concerns and provide appropriate HR interventions.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes,



and organizational standards.
- Analyze employee trends and provide insights to improve employee satisfaction and business outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience in HR Business Partnering / Employee Relations / HR Generalist roles.
- Strong experience in grievance handling and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- BPO/ITES industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can effectively partner with business/operations teams will be preferred.
