About the internship:
HR Intern - Regional HR | Third Wave Coffee:
-Support recruitment through sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
-Manage onboarding formalities, documentation and induction coordination.
-Create employee codes and ensure timely HRMS updates for current joiners.
-Maintain accurate employee master data and HR records.
-Track joiners, exits, transfers and manpower movements.
-Prepare HR MIS, recruitment and manpower reports.
-Coordinate with Store Managers and Regional teams on HR requirements.
-Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
