Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

- Shortlist candidates based on role requirements and maintain candidate trackers.

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview schedules and follow-ups.

- Support documentation and offer/onboarding activities for selected candidates.

HR Operations

- Assist with employee data management and HRMS updates.

- Support onboarding, employee documentation and joining formalities.

- Maintain HR trackers and records related to attendance, employee movements, confirmations and other HR processes.

- Assist in preparing basic HR reports and MIS as required.

- Support employee engagement, HR communication and other HR initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced HR environment.
