Role Description The Human Resource Manager at VayuInfra will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring consistent implementation of policies and practices across the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves partnering with leadership and teams to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle processes, handling employee relations matters, guiding performance management cycles, and maintaining up-to-date HR documentation and compliance.

The HR Manager will also facilitate training initiatives, support onboarding and orientation,



and contribute to HR projects that improve employee engagement and retention. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the role ensures HR practices align with business objectives and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR operations.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, appraisal processes, and development planning.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that align with legal requirements and organizational standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance relevant to Bengaluru and broader Indian operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information responsibly and make data-informed HR decisions.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or related industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
