Job Overview

Role: Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Location: Egmore, Chennai

Experience Required: 8 to 10 years

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End HR Operations: Manage the entire employee life cycle, from "Hire to Retire," including joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.

Recruitment: Oversee talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for dealership roles.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).

Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management for Chennai Region employees.

Employee Relations: Resolve employee grievances and manage engagement initiatives to reduce attrition and improve retention.





Contract Labour Management: Oversee contract labour requirements and their legal compliance.

Qualifications Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in any field (MBA in HR or MSW preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup) and familiarity with HRMS tools.

Experience: Proven background in HR Generalist activities within / without the automobile industry.

Soft Skills: Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
