Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle HCM Fusion modules including Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Compensation, Learning, Performance, and Journeys
Manage Workforce Structures, AORs, approvals, and security configurations
Develop and maintain Quick Formula, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP integrations, HDL/HSDL data loads, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports
Troubleshoot system issues, manage HR technology support tickets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Support Oracle quarterly releases, testing, documentation, and system enhancements
Monitor third-party integrations and drive continuous process improvements
Mandatory Skills
1+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Fusion experience (Administration/Configuration/Support)
Experience with Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and/or Compensation modules
Hands-on experience with:
Fast Formula
HCM Extracts
REST/SOAP APIs
OTBI & BI Publisher
HDL/HSDL
Service Now or any ITSM tool
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Oracle HCM Fusion Certification
Experience with Walk Me or similar Digital Adoption Platform
Exposure to global HR environments
