HR Recruiter / Sr. It Recruiter : Experience level: 1-5yrs of experience in IT recruitment (preferably from the corporate)
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process [Sourcing, Screening, Short listing of Profiles from Job Portals, Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Preliminary rounds, Scheduling Technical interviews with stakeholders, Salary Negotiations, onboard]
Work closely with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions within TAT.
Other responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess good communication and presentation skills.
Should possess excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Candidate should be good at multitasking and should a positive listener.
Ability to coordinate effectively, should work Independent
Qualification: BBA/MBA [Any relevant education related to HR]
Work Location: Ulsoor, Bangalore
Notice Period: Should be ready to join immediate or within 1 Month
Position open for Male/Female candidates only
Mode: Fixed term employment with Pacer
Flexible for work from office (mandatory)
