Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across multiple industries and locations in India. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across PAN India
- Understand client requirements, job roles, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of Non-IT hiring processes and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn and sourcing techniques
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
