- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, Job Leaders, loaders, and other operational positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and local hiring channels.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements and operational needs.

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with the hiring team.

- Complete candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.

- Coordinate with operations teams to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Handle employee queries and support basic HR-related requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and manpower agencies for recruitment requirements when required.

- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

- Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
