Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Thrissur. The HR Manager will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines. The role involves supporting managers with workforce planning, employee relations, and conflict resolution, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. The HR Manager will also coordinate training and development initiatives, manage payroll inputs and benefits administration in partnership with finance,



and regularly report HR metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements relevant to educational or service-oriented organizations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and basic data reporting and analysis.
- Proven ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to make fair, transparent decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a energetic environment.
- Previous experience in the education, training, or career services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
