Role & responsibilities
- Handling End-to-End Recruitment.
- Sourcing candidates through various Job sites & Portals (Naukri)&(Monster), Employee referrals, as well as from internal database for the given requirements.
- Screening the Profiles as per the Client Requirement, according to the availability, Interest level, Salary range, Relocation, and Basic qualification.
- Following up the candidates till they join.
- Maintaining Database of all the Candidates weekly, Monthly trackers.
