What You'll Do

HR

- Source and screen candidates across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate trackers and the internal HR database
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities

Marketing

- Draft and schedule social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X




- Support B2B outreach campaigns — list building, email drafting, follow-ups
- Help with SEO tasks: keyword research, blog formatting, metadata
- Maintain campaign trackers and report weekly performance

Who We're Looking For

- Graduate or final-year student in HR, Marketing, Business, or any discipline
- Strong written English — you'll be writing job posts and outreach emails
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Canva
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage several threads at once
