Position: HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Recruitment Operations and HR functions. The intern will work closely with the HR Manager on recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and HR operations, including ESIC and employee insurance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.

Support the onboarding process for recent employees.

Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.

HR Operations & Compliance

Work closely with the HR Manager on ESIC and employee insurance-related processes.

Assist with ESIC registration, employee documentation, and related records.

Support insurance-related employee queries and documentation.

Maintain HR files, records,



and trackers with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with attendance, leave, and other routine HR operations.

Support preparation of HR reports and documentation.

Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.

Willingness to learn HR operations, ESIC, insurance, and compliance processes.

Preferred Skills

Good written and verbal communication.

Proactive and responsible approach to work.

Ability to coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal teams.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
