Role Description The HR Generalist Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on core HR functions, workplace policies, and professional skills for learners at GVT Academy. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and practical exercises, as well as creating training materials, presentations, and assessments that align with organizational standards. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to identify training needs,



updating content based on current HR best practices and labor regulations, and supporting participants through coaching and feedback.

The HR Generalist Trainer will also maintain training records, gather participant feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR-related curricula and learning methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills, including curriculum design and delivery.

- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) knowledge, covering core HR processes, policies, and compliance.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to engage learners and support their growth.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital tools for training, such as presentation software and learning management systems.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.

- Prior experience as an HR generalist, trainer, or faculty member in HR or related domains is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners and maintain an inclusive, respectful training environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
