Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Faculty to deliver practical and industry-oriented HR training to students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and practical HR training sessions.
- Teach core HR concepts including recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Provide practical training on HR processes, documentation, and workplace practices.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through practical activities, case studies, and projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current HR trends, tools, and industry practices.




- Support students with career guidance and interview preparation.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, training, teaching, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Valuable interpersonal and classroom management skills.
