Responsibilities:

ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters).
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth induction for new employees.

Employee Relations:

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee counseling with empathy and compliance.
- Promote open communication and a positive work setting.

HR Operations:

- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
- Support payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Assist in managing HR metrics such as attrition, training hours, etc.

Compliance & Policies:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in audits and maintenance of statutory records (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development:

- Coordinate training schedules, feedback, and records.
- Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.

Performance Management:

- Assist in the performance appraisal cycle and documentation.




- Track probation evaluations and confirmation processes.

Employee Engagement:

- Organize employee welfare activities, events, and surveys.

Drive engagement programs to improve morale and retention.

Qualifications:

- Candidate must be qualified for Welfare Officer as per the Factory Act, 1948
- 3-7 years of experience in generalist HR functions.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
