We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HR Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

- Process monthly employee salaries accurately and maintain payroll-related records.

- Monitor employee attendance, leave, late arrivals, and attendance regularization.

- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, payroll, and workplace requirements.

- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.

- Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation processes.

- Prepare HR and attendance reports for management review.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth employee-related HR operations.

Required Skills

- HR Operations: Practical knowledge of routine HR administration and employee lifecycle activities.

- Payroll Processing: Ability to prepare and verify employee salary inputs and payroll records.

- Attendance Management: Experience maintaining attendance, leave, and working-day information.

- Employee Coordination:



Ability to handle employee queries and coordinate HR-related requirements.

- HR Documentation: Ability to maintain employee records and HR documents accurately.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in an automobile or manufacturing workplace.

- Familiarity with HRMS, payroll software, or attendance-management systems.

- Working knowledge of statutory HR documentation and compliance processes.

Work Experience

Candidates should have 12 years of HR experience, preferably handling general HR activities, salary processing, attendance, and employee coordination.

Experience in an automobile or manufacturing organization would be relevant to the work environment.

Education and Qualifications

- Minimum: Typical qualification Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline

- Preferred: Typical qualification MBA/PG degree or diploma in Human Resources

- Additional: HR/payroll-related certification, if available
