Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across 275+ stores (Respective locations Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple hiring channels.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer rollout, pre-joining, and onboarding.
- Build a solid talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring within defined TAT.
- Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and collaborate with business leaders on hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives as required.
