Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based exclusively at the Rajkot location. The HR Executive (Freshers) will support recruitment processes, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding new team members. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and attendance processes, and assisting with HR documentation and compliance.





The HR Executive will help coordinate training initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communication. The position also includes responding to basic employee queries, supporting HR policies implementation, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of HR principles, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, employee records, and handle basic HR compliance activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with HR or administrative software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
