About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and basic HR administration.
- Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and induction.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
- Assist with payroll inputs and monthly HR data.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly followed.




- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
