We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Core HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to work closely with employees and management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core HR HR Operations
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle management
- Knowledge of attendance, leave payroll processes
- Understanding of HR policies and labour compliance
- Good employee relationship and grievance-handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good MS Excel / MS Office skills
- HRMS/HRIS knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Education Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Core HR / HR Operations.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or other technical industries will be an advantage.
