HR Associate

IndiaP2P is a growing FinTech company providing a technology-driven P2P lending platform.

We are looking for an HR Executive with at least 6 months of experience in field staff hiring and bulk recruitment. The role involves handling high-volume hiring, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle bulk hiring for field staff
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Coordinate with Branch/Area Managers for hiring requirements
- Manage joining and onboarding formalities
- Maintain recruitment records and documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operations

Skills Required:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in field staff hiring/bulk hiring
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Valuable MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring targets
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
