Role Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

The role focuses on driving talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management while ensuring HR policies and practices support business growth and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic HR Partnership

● Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into HR initiatives.

● Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

● Support leadership in driving a high-performance culture.

- Talent Management

● Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.





● Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning initiatives.

● Facilitate learning and development programs aligned with business needs.

- Employee Relations & Engagement

● Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

● Address employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.

● Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.

- Performance Management

● Drive the performance management process including goal setting, reviews, and development planning. ● Coach managers on performance conversations and people management practices.
- Organizational Development

● Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring when required.

● Analyze organizational trends and metrics to recommend HR interventions.

- HR Policies & Compliance

● Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

● Participate in policy design, implementation, and communication.

- HR Analytics & Reporting

● Track HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity.

● Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

● MBA / PGDM in HR preferred

Experience

● 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role Key Skills &
