Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and coordination.
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing through job portals, databases, and various sourcing tools.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and candidate database management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, approachable, and a strong team player.
