Job role

We are currently looking to hire an HR & Client Experience Executive for our premium experience centre, MIRAI by JÖVÖ INDIA, located in Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru.

Position Details

- Role: HR & Client Experience Executive
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Location: Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru
- Employment: Full-time
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month + performance incentives
- Joining: Immediate / Candidates with short notice period preferred

Primary Requirement We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong hands-on recruitment experience who has independently handled sourcing, screening, first-level interviews, interview coordination, offer follow-up and candidate joining.

The role will broadly involve:

HR & Recruitment – Approx. 70%

- Recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical,



Production, Design and Customer Relations roles
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals and other platforms
- Initial screening and interview coordination
- Offer and joining follow-ups
- Employee onboarding and basic HR coordination
- Maintaining recruitment pipeline and employee records

Client Experience / GRE – Approx. 20%
- Welcoming architects, interior designers, consultants and clients visiting MIRAI
- Managing visitor appointments and records
- Coordinating with the concerned sales/team members
- Capturing visitor/project information and ensuring proper follow-up

HR Administration & Employee Engagement – Approx. 10%

Candidate Profile Preferred

- 2–4 years of relevant HR / recruitment experience
- Must have personally closed positions in previous organisations
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Presentable and comfortable interacting with premium clients, architects and designers
- Good English communication; Kannada preferred
- Experience in SMEs, building materials, interiors, lighting, furniture, premium retail, hospitality or similar sectors will be an advantage
