Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the HSK Department such as answering the phone, printing reports, typing memos, etc. Assist the Housekeeping Manager and other management associates with administrative duties. Receive and coordinate all work requests for HSK Department.
Answer all questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle. It may be providing information,
giving an extra item such as a towel, etc.
Inform Team Leaders of all daily VIP rooms, special guest rooms, and long stay guest rooms. Record all information on the log book for follow up and to ensure the smooth operation of HSK Department.
Coordinates Room Inventory Process as well as HSK Department duties such as blocking a room or repairs, with Front Office and Engineering to ensure that all guests are given friendly and caring service from their arrival until their departure according to our standards.
Maintain state of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire work area. Provide other duties and services as assigned by the Housekeeping manager, Director of Rooms.
