Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage the month-end closing process, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis, providing insights to management for informed decision-making.




- Coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support for external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and manage working capital effectively for the organization.
- Collaborate with departmental leads to prepare departmental budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations pertinent to the hospitality sector.
- Proficient in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
