Job PurposeThe Hospital Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across Jeevan Rekha Group of Companies, with a major focus on healthcare manpower.

The role requires someone who can independently source, screen, coordinate and close vacancies across clinical, paramedical, technical, administrative and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital and healthcare vacancies.
- Handle recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedical staff, pharmacists, administrative staff, operations personnel and other healthcare roles.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and convert them into clear recruitment plans.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks,



referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Actively search available candidate databases instead of depending only on incoming applications.
- Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, salary expectations, location and role suitability.
- Conduct initial telephonic or video screening.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain quick and clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback and selection communication.
- Negotiate salary and joining terms within approved company guidelines.
- Coordinate offer release and joining formalities with the HR team.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for frequently required hospital positions.
- Build databases for doctors, nurses, technicians and other difficult-to-fill healthcare roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies for critical and urgent vacancies.
- Maintain vacancy trackers, recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
- Monitor ageing vacancies and ensure regular follow-up until closure.
- Work closely with hospital management and department heads to understand upcoming manpower requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment across different units and businesses of Jeevan Rekha Group.
- Support bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews and recruitment campaigns when required.




- Track recruitment sources and evaluate which channels are generating suitable candidates.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of candidate information.
- Ensure recruitment practices are followed as per company policies.
- Perform any other recruitment-related responsibility assigned by management.
